Events to Circle
The APT Online Main Event (#20) is the centerpiece: $800 for a shot at a $5,000,000 guarantee on the final Sunday. For players on a smaller budget, the Mini Main Event (#14) offers a $1,000,000 guarantee for just $80, and the Mystery Bounty Hunter (#8) puts $2,000,000 on the line for $250. At the top end, the $5,000 Superstar Challenge (#2) opens the series on day one as its highest buy-in, and the $3,000 Super High Roller (#19) closes it out with a $1,000,000 guarantee. PLO players get one dedicated Trophy Event: Masters Omaha (#16) on October 29.
The $400K Promotion, Broken Down
The promotion pool splits three ways, and each piece rewards a different kind of player: the volume grinder, the player chasing a live seat, and the Trophy Event winner. Here is how each one works.
$100K Tournament Leaderboard
A $100,000 leaderboard runs alongside the Trophy Event series, rewarding the players who perform most consistently across the 20 events. The full point structure and prize tiers have not been published yet; we will add them here once they are.
$100K Freeroll to the APT Championship (Saturday, Nov 7)
This is the piece most players will want to understand before the series starts, because your stack size is earned during the series itself, not on freeroll day.
Prizes: APTC satellite tickets plus a $10,000 Main Event seat.
How your starting stack is built:
- Every player gets exactly one freeroll entry ticket, regardless of how many Trophy Events they play.
- Your starting stack is determined by participation: each unique Trophy Event you play adds 1,000 chips to your stack. Play 1 event, and you start with a 1K stack. Play all 20, and you start with 20K.
- Re-entries do not add extra chips. Only unique Trophy Events count toward your stack.
- Playing satellites does not count toward your stack, but qualifying into a Trophy Event through a satellite does. If you win your seat and play the event, that event still builds your stack.
Tickets are distributed after the series wraps, between November 4 and 6, ahead of the freeroll on November 7. The math is simple: the more Trophy Events you play, the bigger your starting stack for the $100,000 Freeroll, and the better your shot at one of the APT Championship seats.
$200K Trophy Winner Seat Bonus
This one does not need any math. If you win any of the 20 Trophy Events, you will be awarded a $10,000 APT Championship Seat on top of whatever you win in the tournament itself. With 20 events and $10K on the line for each winner, that is $200,000 in seats guaranteed to go out over the course of the series.

Ticket Terms Worth Knowing
Before you start planning around these seats, know the fine print. All promotion tickets from this series expire at the end of November 2026.
| Ticket Type | Terms |
| All satellite tickets | Non-refundable, non-transferable |
| 1st $10K seat won | Non-refundable, non-transferable |
| 2nd $10K seat onward | Transferable, refundable as T$5K, extendable to 2027 APTC upon request |
If you win more than one Trophy Event, your first seat is locked to this year’s APTC. But every seat after that gives you options, including the option to use it for entry into the 2027 APTC.
Key Takeaways
- Play more than one Trophy Event: Each unique event you enter adds 1,000 chips to your freeroll starting stack, up to 20K.
- Satellites are a legitimate path in: Qualifying through a satellite still counts toward your stack once you play the Trophy Event.
- Winning outright pays double: Every Trophy Event winner gets a $10K APT Championship Seat in addition to the tournament prize.
- Mind the deadlines: Tickets land Nov 4-6, the freeroll runs Nov 7, and everything expires by the end of November 2026.
- The schedule is still coming: Check back here for the full event-by-event lineup once GGPoker releases it.
